Matilde’s home has Dutch charm. The space was perfect for our stay. It is a studio with a small kitchen. The bathroom is right outside the room. Comfortable bed. Nice green space view. Short walk to the tram station (less than 1/2 hour to Centraal Station & the city center), super market and some restaurants. We had takeaway from DuMoroc—very good. The only thing I would say for anyone with mobility issues, the stairs (1 floor) are a tight spiral. At 68 & 70 & decent mobility, they were fine for us (mostly once a day as we left & returned). Mathilde helped us with luggage upon arrival and departure. Mathilde is very nice and helpful. We would recommend her space.
