We do our best to make your stay at Connect-Inn stress free and as healthy, relaxing and comfortable as possible. In addition to our beautifullly decorated rooms, we offer two ways to promote your health. The first way is by using organic cleaning products. Also we provide organic shampoo, tea and coffee.

The second way is by offering additional stress free experiences. Mathilde, your host, is an experienced and certified yoga teacher, as well as a stress management therapist. She has 7 years of experience and teaches at different yoga schools. She has her own practise.

Treat yourself, or your partner, to a Stress Free Experience! So, make your choice between these two great techniques:

  1. Start your day relaxed and balanced with a private Yoga class. The class is always custom made, according to your preferences. So it will be suitable for newby’s, as well as for advanced yogi’s. Yoga is for everybody, despite age, or health condition. The focus is on conscious breathing, relaxing excersises and of course a nice meditation.
  2. Discover the best stress management tool ever! Reduce your stress level instantly with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). It is a safe, pleasant self-help technique.

The treatments will take place in the living room downstairs. All treatments will be in English, or Dutch.

*Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping), is a universal healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional, and performance issues. It has been developed by Gary Craig. EFT operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs improvement, there are some unresolved emotional issues in the way. Even for physical issues, chronic pain, or diagnosed conditions, it is common knowledge that any kind of emotional stress can impede the natural healing potential of the human body.

In many cases, EFT can be applied directly to physical symptoms for relief without exploring any emotional contributors. However, for the most powerful, longest lasting results with EFT, we do expect to identify and target related emotional issues.
